April 13: Sixth-annual Shirley Povich Workshop and Jamboree
 

On Saturday, April 13, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., members of the sports media will gather in Knight Hall to work with high school and college journalism students from around the region on different skill sets, including reporting, writing, editing, design, digital media, television and radio production, as well as working for a university, pro team and league.

A panel of professionals will kick off the day in the Richard Eaton Auditorium explaining the opportunities available to students interested in careers in sports media.  Schedule and the List of Participants:
